This report measures agent lead conversion and revenue for each of your agents. This report looks at the last follow up agent that responded to an agent lead. This report is different from the Inbound/Outbound Call Conversion Reports in that it reports on agent lead origination vs. the booking method. Data and key filters in this report include:
- Start/End Date - Filters narrow down the data displayed by “Contact Date”
- Source Revenue – Total amount of booked revenue for leads originated from agent lead contact type
- Leads – Total number of agent leads based on Contact Date
- Booked – Total number of agent-originated booked leads
- Revenue / Lead – Total amount of agent-originated lead revenue divided by total amount of agent leads
- Revenue / Booked – Total amount of agent-originated revenue divided by the number of agent bookings
- Conversion % - Percentage of agent leads that were booked
- Additional Call Results – If you select “All” for your call result columns then you will also see all call results used by your reservations staff.
