Tracking > Inbound Calls or Outbound Calls > Filter and Sort based on your needs
If you have an inbound or outbound phone call that is missing a lead form, you can create a lead that will be linked to the phone call.
Find the phone call that needs a lead form under the ELM column in Inbound Call Tracking.
1. Navigate to Tracking > Inbound Calls or Outbound Calls
2. Filter and Sort based on your needs.
3. Click on the green circle with a white plus mark icon. A new lead form will pop in a new window.
Inbound call tracking allows you to listen to the recorded call while you fill out the lead form. By creating a lead from Inbound / Outbound Call Tracking, you are linking the lead to the inbound or outbound phone call.
