HUB > Leads > Search/Create Lead
While you are on an inbound or outbound phone call, if you need to create a lead form for that call (either The Reservation Sales Suite did not pop a lead form or you canceled or closed the lead form), Click the Create Lead button in the lower right hand corner of the Call Control Bar.
Alternatively, if you are not on a call, leads can be created by clicking the Leads menu at the top of the screen and then clicking Search/Create Lead.
This will open the Lead Search page in The Reservation Sales Suite.
From here you can either create a new lead or search for an existing lead.
