Reports > Scoreboard Report
This report is intended to be used for your daily scoreboard postings in your reservations center. Alternately, you can email this report if you have remote agents. This report is recommended to be pulled by month to date or week to date.
When you pull your report, you can also choose to see Primary Agents only, you can show your deleted agents, or exclude RezForce Lead Revenue from the report.
The report is by agent and includes the following metrics (screenshot only shows portion of report):
• Hub Answered Calls – All calls answered through the Hub
• Res Lead Calls – All calls answered through the Hub with lead call results
• Booked Calls – All calls answered through the Hub with a booked call result - Note that the “Booked” or inbound booked call column will often differ from booked leads column on this report due to the fact that you will have additional booked leads through other methods such as outbound calls. In addition the “Booked” column is based on contact date and not booking date on the lead form.
• Conversion Percentage – Percentage of lead calls that were booked for this month
• Last Month Conversion Percentage – Percentage of lead calls that were booked last month
• Conversion Percentage Gain – The difference between this month’s conversion and last month’s conversion
• TMLY Conversion Percentage – Percentage of lead calls that were booked this month last year
• Inbound Call/Outbound Call/Email/Chat/Push2Talk/Agent Lead/Abandoned Cart Revenue – Total revenue for each booking method
• Total Revenue – Total revenue booked regardless of booking method
• Booked Leads - Total number of booked leads based on the booking date, not the contact date
• Revenue per Booked Lead - Total revenue divided by booked leads
• Call Results Changed – Total number and percentage of call results changed in the Reservation Sales Suite.
• Non-Compliant Calls – Total number and percentage of inbound calls with non- compliant leads
Below you will find a detailed explanation of how the following options will filter the reports data and what you can expect to see in the results grid.
• Market - shows only leads generated for agents per selected market. This is a multi-select field and more than one market can be chosen or all markets can be combined.
• Primary Agents Only - this will only show agents with the Primary flag set in the Account Settings > Agents Setup.
• Show Deleted Agents - this will include deleted agents data in the report.
• Exclude RZF Lead Revenue - this will exclude RezForce generated lead revenue for assigned agents. Note: RezForce leads without an assigned agent will not show in this report regardless of this selection.
• Report - this function will export the report (as seen on the screen) to an email-able excel file.
