This report measures outbound call conversion and revenue for each of your agents (The report filters call results using the Booked Column Only filter outlined in the image below).
Data and key filters in this report include:
- Start/End Date Filters narrow down the data displayed by “Call Date”
- Answered — Total number of outbound calls placed by the agents selected
- Booked Revenue — Total amount of booked revenue for all booked leads. Revenue is recorded for the agent that booked the lead and displays leads by contact date
- Outbound Call Booked Revenue — Total amount of revenue booked by outbound call booking method only - revenue is recorded for the agent that booked the lead and displays leads by contact date
- Reservation / Lead Calls — Total number of outbound lead calls (usually Booked, Hot Lead, and Not Booked)
- Res / Lead Rate — Percentage of total answered calls that were lead calls
- Revenue / Answered — Total amount of outbound call booked revenue divided by the total number of calls answered
- Revenue / Res|Lead — Total amount of outbound call booked revenue divided by the total number of lead calls answered
- Revenue / Booked — Total amount of outbound call booked revenue divided by the total number of booked calls
- Conversion % - Percentage of lead calls that were booked
- Booked — Total number of outbound booked call results, note that this may not correspond to the number of booked leads during this time
- Additional Call Results — If you select “All” for your call result columns then you will also see all call results used by your reservations staff.
