Seven options listed to access areas of Reservation Sales.

- Call Compliance - directs you to Call Compliance report.
- Scoreboard Report - directs you to the Scoreboard Report.
- Booking Method Report - directs you to the Booking Method Report.
- Campaigns - directs you to the Campaigns page.
- My Coaching Goals - directs you to the Coaching Goals page.
- Revinate Home - directs you to the Revinate Home page to select the tile of the solution you need to access.
Attention Leads:
Leads that are manually flagged by agents in order to draw attention to them. Any assigned RezForce Leads will also appear in this category.
In-Process Leads:
Leads assigned to an agent with the Lead Status of: In-Process.
Voicemails:
This represents voicemails that have not yet been reviewed. Any agent can listen to these voicemails and mark them as reviewed in Reservation Sales.
Follow Up Leads:
This category displays an agent’s leads that are currently in the Follow-up Lead Status.
Unassigned Email Leads:
New emails that have not yet been assigned to an agent for follow-up.
Unread Email Replies:
All email responses from leads that have not yet been read will appear in this category. These emails have already been responded to previously. A new guest reply is now awaiting response.
Unassigned Listing Leads:
Like Unassigned Email Leads, these are new Listing Leads that have not yet been assigned to an agent. Listing Leads are like email leads but come from sites such as FlipKey or HomeAway.
Unread Listing Lead Replies:
All Listing Lead responses that have not yet been read in an ongoing conversation will appear here. When a guest replies back to a message you sent them previously in a Listing Lead conversation their response will appear in this category.
Unassigned RezForce Leads:
Any RezForce Leads that have not been assigned to a specific agent appear in this category. RezForce is a Revinate service that answers after-hour and overflow calls for some clients.
Unassigned Abandoned Cart Leads:
Any Abandoned Cart leads that have not been assigned to an agent will appear in this category.
Unread Abandoned Cart Replies:
All email responses from Abandoned cart leads that have not yet been read by an agent will appear in this category.
