When you have completed an inbound or outbound phone call and need to create a lead form for that call (either the lead form did not pop up on an inbound call, you canceled or closed the lead form, you disposition your call before saving your lead or you completed an outbound call that requires a lead form.) Follow either of these steps to assist you in creating the lead.
Creating a new blank lead form for an inbound call:
- Reservations Sales>Tracking>Inbound Calls
- Find the correct inbound calls by using the appropriate filters and select get data
- Once you have located the call, select the
- A new blank lead form will pop into another Chrome window and it is ready to be completed
