Accessing Team Chat from Reservation Sales

1. In Reservation Sales hover over Products.
2. Next hover on Reservation Sales.
3. Select Team Chat.
   
4. A new tab will load where you’ll be able to use Team Chat.

Accessing Team Chat from Agent

1. If you are in Agent and have closed your Reservation Sales tab, you will first need to launch a new tab in your web browser.
2. From there you will need to log back into Reservation Sales.
3. Once in Reservation Sales hover over Products.
4. Next hover on Reservation Sales.
5. Select Team Chat.
6. A new tab will load.
