Administrators have the ability to log out or change agents statuses. This is completed in the Supervisor view in Live Monitor.
Accessing Supervisor:
- From Reservation Sales hover over Products and Reservation Sales then select: Supervisor.
- You may be launched into the Employees section of the Admin portal.
- Select the grid icon in the upper left corner.
- Under General, select Supervisor.
- In the Agents view you will see all the agents logged in and logged out.
- Hover on a logged in agent and select the three vertical dots on the right hand side of their name.
- Select Force Logout to log them out of the Agent portal or Change agent state to another status than what they currently are in.
