You can easily re-send emails to your guests using the Guest application. Whether you need to send a confirmation email, cancellation or promotion, please follow these steps. Note: Staff level users will have access to this feature, as well as Content Managers and Administrators. This is to ensure that guests will receive emails in a timely manner upon request.
STEP 1
Select Guests to enter the Guest Database

Next, locate your guest by using the search field. You may search using the guest's name, email, confirmation code or reservation number.
STEP 3
Once you are viewing the guest profile, select the 'ENGAGEMENT' tab. You will then see the list of all emails that the guest has been sent. Simply locate the email you wish to resend to your guest and select RESEND EMAIL on the right-hand side of the screen.
This will send the email to the specified guest as requested.
