If a guest does not want to receive promotional emails coming from your hotel they can either click on the unsubscribe link within the email they receive or you can manually unsubscribe them by accessing your property's Guest Database.
Search the guest by using their name, email address, reservation number, or booking number:
Open the Rich Guest Profile, and Click the pencil icon in the subscriptions box.
In the side panel, Use the drop-downs to unsubscribe guest emails.
Note: You cannot undo this action. Only the guest can subscribe again.
