If you are using Revinate Feedback and/or Surveys to collect feedback from your guests, you will see the results displayed in your Rich Guest Profiles under the "Feedback" tab:
Here you will find all the results to each question on the survey and you will also see any public reviews the guest has left on third party review sites.
When clicking on the down arrow it will open up the full list of questions and answers that your guest responded to.
This allows you to take note of any issue areas. For example, if a guest rated their "reservation experience" a 1 out of 5.
You can also click the down arrow button on the reviews to see what your guests are posting about their stay on public review sites.
With this information you will be able to tailor your guest experience the next time they arrive.
