In case of an outage, it is best practice to have active destination numbers set up for all of your toll-free numbers so that calls route directly there if the Hub system is down.
To check and update your campaign destination numbers, take the following steps:
Access your campaigns in Reservation Sales.
If you want to narrow down what campaigns you are looking at, you can filter using the drop-downs; otherwise, click the blue get data button.
Check your destination numbers to ensure they are up to date with live numbers.
If you need to update a destination number, click the pencil icon next to the campaign name. When the campaign opens, edit the destination number.
After making your edits scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue save button. Repeat with any remaining campaigns.
Note: When setting up new campaigns it is best practice to set them up with an active destination number.
