Any business-initiated messages sent in Ivy via WhatsApp must have pre-approval from Whatsapp (Meta) to be sent; this is to prevent spamming. This means that any Campaigns or Group messages must be sent into Revinate for pre-approval before being sent to guests. Responses to guest-initiated questions do not require prior approval. The approval process is done with WhatsApp (Meta), not from the Ivy UI, therefore, Revinate must submit the message text for approval on your behalf.
If you have a campaign or group message that you would like to send through Ivy, you should submit the message to Revinate to apply for approval. The approval process will take between 24-48 hours.
Sent messages must match the pre-approved text exactly; even minor character changes will cause the message to be blocked by WhatsApp (Meta). Only approved messages will be sent.
Translating Campaigns and Group messages for WhatsApp approval
Depending on your customer base, you may want to translate your campaign and/or group message text. Ivy can translate your message into your chosen languages, but if you do not like the automated translation you have the ability to add your own translations. Keep in mind that for WhatsApp, the copy for each translation will need to be approved individually.

Once your translations are created, submit them individually for approval to Revinate following the submission process outlined above.
