The information on the Rich Guest Profile has been pulled for each data-in source that you have available for the guest’s activities. By utilizing the Engagement Tab, you will be able to view data about the guest’s engagement history. Depending on which data in sources your property has integrated with Revinate, you will be able to see if a guest:
- Open an email campaign
- Read a message from one of your Ivy campaigns
- Receive a call from the Reservation Sales Agent
You will be able to view the guest’s transaction history data by following the procedure below:
- Click the “Guests” tab at the top
- Select the name of the guest you want to view the transaction history
- Choose the “engagement” tab located in the middle section to view more details about the guest’s engagement history
- Under the “Engagement History” box, the engagement history date, method, product, title, etc are all listed. The users can click on the “Title/Message” to view more detailed information.
