The Arrivals and Departure Report allows you to easily view relevant details on guests who are checking in and checking out.
Only Revinate users will be able to access this report. As the number of users is not limited please ensure that anyone that will need to access and use this report is added to your account. To add a user see our help desk instructions here.
Select the Arrivals Report tab to launch the report.
Report Overview
When you access the report you will see the following:
To see the different reports you will need to toggle between the Arrivals and Departures tabs in the report. The report will default to the current date, but you can change the date using the date drop down to view guests arriving and departing on different day in the past or in the future.
If you are looking for a specific guest or any information from the column headers, you can use the search bar to look for the information.
You can access the Rich Guest Profile by selecting the guest name on the left of the report. To the right of the guest profile link you can see general stay information like, number of nights, room type, ADR, rate code, etc.
The email section of the report is highly valuable as it should tell you which guests do not have a valid email address on file with the red x, which emails are masked with the yellow caution sign, and which are valid with the green check mark. This way your team knows which guest to focus on getting a valid email address for and which guest can breeze through the check-in process.
Schedule Report
Subscribing to this report is simple. When you are subscribed, you will receive these straight to your inbox on a daily basis at a set time by clicking the Schedule Report link in the upper right section of the page.
Toggle the button to switch subscriptions on. You can schedule the report for the Arrivals or the Departures depending on which option you select in the new pop up box. You can control the time you get sent the report, select the recipients, add conditions to filter guests that show on the report, sort the report, and download the report as a PDF or CSV.
**When selecting recipients for the report please note that you can select anyone who is set up in the solution, but they will also be able to set up the report as well. This can cause two reports to be delivered to an individual or group of recipients.
Customization
You can customize the columns that display in your report by clicking the gear icon in the gray column header. Check mark the column options you would like to see in your report and uncheck the options you do not want to see. Any changes made will save automatically and show the next time you access the Arrivals Report. If you plan to print or download a PDF of the Arrivals Report - 10 columns or less is ideal.
Any changes you make are reflected only in your report. This is helpful for people with different roles at the property.

- Email - Smart email support to not only show your guests who don’t have an email address, but to also show your guests who have a masked Booking.com or Expedia email address.
- NPS - Customize based on your most recent Revinate Guest Feedback Survey responses
- Guest Preferences - Customized based on guest preferences questions of your choosing
- Upsells - Approved Upsells requests
- ADR - Based on the Average Daily Rate for Nights/spend across properties or group
- ...and more
This way everyone at the property can set up their own customized report with different fields and criteria for sending!
