If you currently have a Gather integration and you find that data has stopped flowing into your Revinate Solutions, please reach out to your internal IT teams and have them complete the following steps:
- Locate the Interface machine that is running the 'NDE_Gather' and 'NDE_Sentinel' services
- Navigate to services
- Restart both services
After completing the steps above, data should flow to your Revinate Solution. However, if data still is not showing in your solution, please file a Support ticket so our teams can further troubleshoot.
