Click on Surveys in the navigation bar and choose Administration, then HOTEL INFORMATION.
At the bottom of this section you will see Hotel Reply-To Email. Add the email address that you would like any guest survey replies to go to.
Note: If this section is left blank, any replies to survey invitation emails or replies to survey responses will not be able to be seen by any user.
If you would like a guest’s reply to go to the user who sent the response to the guest’s survey, the user should choose the Copy Myself button. When the guest hits reply-all on their email, the user will be cc’d on the response.
