Accessing Campaigns
After creating or duplicating your campaigns, you may find that you need to make edits. To edit a campaign Click on “CAMPAIGNS” in the navigation bar and then select “All Campaigns”.
Once you are in the campaigns page, hover over the campaign you would like to edit and click the pencil icon.
On the Campaign Review page you can edit different parts of the campaign by clicking the pencil Icon in the corner above the specific section.
The top section is the “SCHEDULE” section. If your campaign is already scheduled you will need to click the stop campaign button in the top right corner of the page before you are able to change the date and time.
In the “RECIPIENTS” section the pencil icon will take you to the segments page and you can change what segment you would like your campaign to send to. To learn more about creating segments check out our Creating a new segment article.
In the “SETTINGS” section, you can change the campaign name, language, tracking, and other options.
Editing campaign content
In the “CONTENT” section you will see an overview of the campaign.
On the top right, you will see a row of Icons. The letter icon is used to send a test email and the magnifying glass lets you preview the campaigns. Click the pencil icon to go in and edit your campaign.
In the campaign builder tool you can:
Edit the email subject, preview text, from email, and reply to email. Click in the text entry boxes to edit the information.
Edit the text content of your email by clicking in the body of your message and editing, The text toolbar allows you to change the font, adjust alignment, add lists, insert links, add merge tags, and more.
Edit the body style of the email using the module editor. Add rows to your campaign by selecting “Blocks” from the sidebar. Click and drag a block over to add it to your email.
Add content types into empty blocks or pulled above or below existing blocks.
There are several options to choose from, and each is customizable using the content editor, which will activate anytime you click on the content you wish to edit.
In the sidebar of the editor, options will change according to the selected module.
For Call-to-Action Button Modules: Be sure to include the URL that you would like the guest directed to. The CTA buttons may also be linked to your UPSELLS page.
For Social Icon Modules: Be sure to include your own social media links, as the pre-populated links lead to the social site’s main page.
To remove content or blocks, select the object you would like to delete, and then click on the trash can button in the bottom right corner of the object.

After editing your article be sure to click the save button at the bottom of the page, then click next to preview your email.
In the preview screen, you can see the general look and feel of your email as well as send a test email. To learn more about Previewing and testing check out our Testing your campaign article. After previewing, you can go through the segments, schedule, and review sections of the campaign builder or save and exit back to the campaign page.
