Agent will only work in Chrome and Microsoft edge.

As a best practice please use Google Chrome to access Agent. You must enable both Notifications and Pop-ups when utilizing Agent in order for the lead form to pop, and for call notifications to appear.
To manually allow pop-ups & notifications for Agent, follow the steps below:
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Move to the “Privacy and security” section and click “Site Settings”
4. Under the “Content: section, click “Pop-ups and redirects”:
5. Under “Allow”, click “Add”:
6. In the “Allow” window enter the name of the website [*.]revinate.com and click “Add”:
NOTE: You will also need to add the following websites as well: home-c206.nice-incontact.com; home-c211.nice-incontact.com; cxagent.nicecxone.com
7. Navigate back to the main menu.
8. Click the “Notifications” arrow:
9. Under “Allow”, click “Add”:
10. In the “Allow” window enter the name of the website: [*.]revinate.com
11. Click “Add”:
12. Close the tab.
