If you are a Revinate Guest Feedback user, you have the special option to segment guests by NPS Score. This is a powerful tool because it allows you to target guests who you already know love your property, or target guests who may have been on the fence but could be won back.
To Create a Guest segment targeting NPS Score
- Choose to create a new guest segment and Choose “Survey NPS” from the first dropdown.
- Select What NPS score you want to target from the middle drop-down box
- From the last drop down select whether you would like this segment to target only the most recent survey or all surveys a guest has been sent.
- Use the And/Or buttons if you would like to add more conditions to narrow your segment further.
- Click the “UPDATE STATS” button to view the size of your segment.
- Click the “CREATE” button in the bottom right corner to complete your segment.
You will now be able to select your segment from the segment tiles.
