Safe Mode for Marketing Campaigns
To ensure GDPR compliance, Revinate has a Safe Mode option for your campaign sends. After selecting a segment for your campaign you may choose to exclude any guests or contacts that are in European Union member nations and have implicit consent.
Here there are three options for consent:
- Legitimate Interest
- Explicit or Double Opt-in
- Double Opt-in Consent Only
To be extra safe, you may choose to only include EU guests who are double opted-in. While this option removes specific EU guests it will no affect any non-EU resident in your segment. Non-EU residents in your segment will receive the email as usual.
