Account users with administrative level permissions can add different from names, from email addresses, and reply-to addresses for their campaigns. Admins may also change which email aliases are default selections for Marketing campaigns and Transactional campaigns.
All users on the account may choose from the admin selected from names, email addresses, and reply-to addresses when creating their campaigns.
To locate this section, click on the user icon located on the top right section of the navigation bar. From the dropdown options click on “Settings'”
In this Settings screen, under Campaigns click on “Sender Settings”.
Email Settings will be an available editing option.
In Email Settings, Marketing Emails and Transactional emails are in separate sections. Select the type of campaign email you wish to customize, settings will be saved only for the selected campaign type.

Using a Shared IP
When using a Shared IP you will be able to customize the domain name. This way it will appear as youname@yourdomainofchoice.com via @example-guest.message.com
Using a Dedicated IP
With a dedicated IP anything after the @ symbol can’t be changed, the domain name is fixed.
A dedicated IP needs warming and may take longer to get fully set up and sending all your email marketing campaigns. A dedicated IP is generally more costly and used by large companies or e-commerce sites that handle extremely large email volume. In this case, you would only be able to change the name before the @ sign.
You may add multiple 'from' options as well as multiple 'from' and 'reply-to' email addresses. Once you have entered in all of your options you can also choose to make any email in each category a default option.
You may also change the default or delete the options as necessary.
In the Campaign Builder:
When creating or editing your campaigns, the selection of “from” name options as well as “from” and “reply-to” email addresses will be available from a drop-down menu of options on the top of the Design page.
*If one of the email options is deleted and its included in one of the live outgoing campaigns, the campaign will still save it.
All level users will be able to choose from the drop-down menu of options but may not have editing privileges. Administrative level users will be able to see the blue pencil icon and edit the e-mail aliases from the campaign builder page.
