Campaign Settings allowing Marketing users to easily specify delivery and email settings. This article will cover ‘Campaign’ Settings in Revinate Marketing.
To locate the "Campaign Settings", hover over the person icon in the top right corner, then click ‘Settings’.
Below you will find information about the settings within the ‘Campaign’ Block in Account Settings. Once a setting has been clicked, you can jump to a different setting section using the navigation bar at the top of your page.
Sender Settings: Send campaigns from different email addresses. These are who the campaigns are from and where the replies are directed to, best practice is to have the reply to email as a shared inbox so guest replies are not ignored! Simply type in the ‘from name’ & ‘email address’, and ‘reply to email’ in the respective fields and click ‘add’. You can then select which sender profile you want as default. To add this information for Transactional campaigns, scroll to the bottom of this page and click on ‘Transactional’ and add names and addresses as pertinent.
Campaigns
Revenue Attribution: Excluding Email Addresses ensures that you do not send emails to travel agents, hotel employees or guests of a particular group that should not receive your campaigns.
Excluding Rate Codes: Ensures that certain corporate groups, house guests, employees, etc, do not receive your campaigns.
Delivery Cadence: How often your recipients receive your campaigns, we want to ensure that you maximize your exposure and minimize unsubscribes. This can only be managed at the corporate level. Revinate Best Practice is 1 email every 7 days, or 2 every 14 days, max.
Campaign - Taxes & Fees: Allows you to manage any taxes or resort fees for email purposes. If Revinate is currently not collecting your rate + associated taxes and fees per reservation, Revinate can manually add these fees to your confirmation emails. Please note that when you are naming your taxes and fees you cannot use the ampersand sign (&) or any other symbols or the merge tags will not work. Best Practice is using only letters in your tax name
Double Opt In: Allows you to set up a landing page in order to capture consent from subscribers.
Languages: Team Revinate can make these changes for you, work with your dedicated Implementation Manager or your Customer Success Manager to make edits.
In order to add or edit these at any time, select the "edit" option on the right-hand side of the page or reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support@Revinate.com
