To access your "Revenue Detail" report for Group campaigns from the group account, navigate to the "Reports" tab, and choose "Campaign Performance":
Next, choose the "type of Campaigns" reporting you would like to access (One Time Campaigns or Automated Campaigns).
You can now choose various filter options to narrow the search:
- Group/Property name from the drop-down options
- Campaign Type from the options
- Tags, as applicable
- Calendar icon to define the time frame you would like to review the Campaign Performance reporting for. This can be customized or a pre-defined option listed (MTD, last 3 months, last 6 months, YTD, or All-Time).
You can also sort this view by using any of these columns, by simply clicking on the columns listed:
Campaign, Account, Type, Sent On, Sends, Nights, Room Revenue, Open%, Click%, Unsub%, Bounce%
Clicking on any of the campaigns will open up the detailed Revenue report for this campaign.
For this campaign - you can now view full engagement metrics under the Statistics tab. Scroll down to view the deliverability report, list of guests who engaged with the campaign.
Click on the Revenue Details section to view more detailed campaign performance stats. Here you can view revenue generated, room nights, reservations, cancellations (as applicable). You can view the Booking Lead Times, along with revenue split across portfolio properties under the "Revenue By Property" section.
Scroll down to view a list of reservations, with guest information. You can click on the "email envelope" icon to export the full report in a .csv format. Currently, Revinate includes any cancelled revenue in the report. To exclude cancellations, you can simply download the campaign performance report, and exclude "cancelled" reservations.
Click tracking report for a campaign can be viewed by clicking on "Click Tracking".
