Revinate allows you to update the guest's email address at any time. This is only available for administrative-level users.
To do so, click on "GUESTS" in the navigation bar, then use the search function, inputting the guest's name, email address, or confirmation number to find and update the correct guest.
Once you have located your guest, select their name from the name column.
The guest profile will appear, then click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the screen
Now you are in the Edit Profile window. Scroll down to the Contact Information section to edit or add a new email address.
Once you have edited or added a new email address, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the save button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
From this point on, the guest will receive all communications to the new email address marked as primary. This can be changed at any time by selecting the email address the guest wants to use as their primary.
Please note; However, that this will not add the email address to the PMS. If you would like to add this email to the PMS as well, you must do so separately.
