If a guest does not want to receive promotional emails coming from your hotel, they can either click on the unsubscribe link within the email they receive or you can manually unsubscribe them by accessing your property's Guest Database (within the Guests & Segments section):
Search the guest by using their email address:
Open the Rich Guest Profile, and choose edit the subscription status:
In the pop-up window, check unsubscribe, and save.
Note: You cannot undo this action. Only the guest can subscribe again.
