Having a recognizable brand is important for your property and/or hotel group. Brand assets should be easy to access and available wherever necessary in the Revinate Marketing app. With brand asset settings available through the Account Settings page primary logos, hotel/group information (name, address, website link, privacy policy, etc.) colors/fonts and social media links can be shared from the group or property level. These assets will be easily and conveniently available when building campaigns and landing pages.
To access brand preferences, go to Account Settings and then select "Brand Settings".

The Brand Settings page will display at the group and property level. Groups can share their content with properties within the group and properties can edit branding in their account if needed. Brand settings are displayed in four sections. Company Info, Colors and Fonts, Social Media, and Company Policy.
Company Info
Within the Company Info section you will be able to populate on landing pages and in Campaigns where necessary the pertinent company information. Change, update and remove brand logos. The Logo in the brand settings page will populate on dashboards, upsells landing pages, and double opt-in landing pages IF there is not something already selected for those pages.
The hotel name, address phone, and website will populate in any areas where the corresponding merge tag is used.
For example:
The address will populate in the [HOTEL ADDRESS] merge tag in the campaign workflow.
The website will populate in the [HOTEL WEBSITE] merge tag in the campaign workflow.
This information can be set by individual properties as property information will differ. At the Group level, the address cannot be shared but all other selections made can be shared with all properties
Colors and Fonts
The selected colors and fonts will be available in the campaign builder. Groups can share these colors and font selections with all properties and have them set as the defaults but properties can always modify within the campaign builder the color and font selections. Properties can also override if their own branding differs from that of the group. Properties are able to set 4 colors, 1 header font and one body font to be the defaults available across all template designs in their campaign builder.
Social Media
Through brand settings, social media links can be prefilled and automatically populated in the Social Media Module for all new campaigns.
Company Policy
Privacy policy, as well as Terms and Conditions links, will automatically populate in the corresponding merge tags in the campaign builder.
Upsells Landing Page
Brand upsells landing pages may be customized to match branding. Accounts may select colors and fonts that meet corporate or property standards.
