Your Revinate Post-Stay Survey has two types of questions: Fixed and Custom Questions. Your fixed questions are provided in your survey by default and not editable; these questions are fixed and can either be included or excluded, but can't be edited. These fixed questions include:
- Overall Rating Question
- Sub-rating questions regarding Rooms, Service, or Cleanliness.
- Review Title and Body
- Trip Type
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Your custom questions are completely flexible and able to be changed according to your preferences.

- How many times have you traveled to the area? (First Time, 2 - 5 times, 6 - 10 times, 10+)
