When publishing your survey responses to TripAdvisor, you will notice that your Revinate Post-Stay Survey will change slightly in format.
You'll also notice that your survey Preview will say "Tripster Inn" near the top of the survey form:
This is simply a placeholder indicating where the survey will substitute your hotel's name in the live survey. On the survey your guests receive, your hotel's name will appear here instead:
The Survey Preview will appear with "Tripster Inn" as a placeholder because it is not connected to TripAdvisor's system; it s a preview only. The live survey will be connected to TripAdvisor's system, so it will show your hotel's name.
