If you have checked that you are subscribed to Revinate email notifications but are not receiving them, you may need to whitelist Revinate in your mail system.
Frequently, mail systems will identify automated emails (such as Review Alerts or your Email Digests) as spam, especially since Revinate may send multiple emails notifying you of activity or important review or survey updates. In doing so, your system may be marking these as spam and collecting or blocking them rather than delivering them to your inbox. As we want to be sure that your email notifications are delivered, please make sure to whitelist Revinate from your mail system.
To do this, ask your IT team to "whitelist" (allow) all emails being sent from @revinate.com to make it through to the end user's inbox.
Your IT team can either whitelist this IP address, whitelist the domain "revinate.com", or both, depending on your spam filter settings, to ensure that these emails come through.
