Click on "Reputation" and then "Reports" and select "Property Rankings."
Select “Property Rankings”
This report provides you with the functionality to rank your properties by several criteria. You can select certain time periods and even filter by specific property groups. This helps you reward top performers and identify those needing more assistance.
You can adjust the ranking report by using the filter drop-down menus. The default is set to "All Properties", rank by review ratings, for the "month-to-date" and as Compared to "Last Month."
You can select by:
- The desired Property(s).
- The Period you want to measure.
- The criteria you want to Rank By, for example, 'TripAdvisor Popularity Ranking'
- The period you want to Compare To.
The far left column will be the ranking with #1 first, and the rest of the properties are listed by rank. Clicking on the hotel's name will re-direct you right into that hotel's account. You will be given the review rating for the period and the previous time period. In the Change column, you will see a percentage of change. Green indicates a positive change, and red indicates a negative change. The view column will link to the reviews for that property.
