Within your Revinate scorecard and GS report, you will find an area highlighting your Review Rating. The overall review rating is the average of responses to the question, "How would you rate this hotel". The sub-rating scores are completely independent of the overall rating and are not a required type of question asked by every review site.
Several sites allow reviewers to include these category ratings for topics listed above (Cleanliness, Location etc). Revinate normalizes these category ratings from across the subset of sites that include them to produce our detailed category ratings data. Revinate normalizes the ratings into the standard 1-5 scale if a site uses a different scale.
Note: If null results come up for the sub-ratings in the reports of your property, it is likely that you haven't received any reviews that include responses to these category ratings. To verify you can visit the All Reviews section of your account. A review that includes sub-ratings will have them displayed as below.
